Arbutus Properties’ Morris model home has proven so popular, the builder’s autumn release of homes sold out quickly.
Now Arbutus has announced a winter release of eight additional Morris homes in The Meadows, its masterplan community within Rosewood.
Two of those properties are already pre-sold, say Jody Minakakis, sales manager with Arbutus Properties.
Arbutus has dressed its newest grouping of homes in the latest interior finishes, on display at The Morris showhome, located at 696 Meadows Blvd.
As indicated by its signature front veranda, The Morris is a 1,392 square-foot Craftsman-style home. Minakakis says the term Craftsman not only applies to the home’s architectural style, it is indicative of the high quality of construction and attention to detail that Arbutus adheres to.
Contributing to the popularity of The Morris is its inviting open concept floor plan.
“We have large triple pane windows on each end of the home which flood the area with natural light throughout the day,” says Minakakis.
Priced at $349,900 (including GST), The Morris offers many features and amenities that would be considered costly upgrades in other homes at this price level. “With The Morris, what you see is what you get,” says Minakakis.
“This Morris comes move-in ready, with Frigidaire stainless steel appliances, a large quartz island and quartz counters throughout the home, Kohler plumbing fixtures, contemporary chrome lighting and west-end interior doors. The only add-ons are the fireplace and the washer and drier.”
