We are very excited to release new custom lots in our next phase! Some of our best lots are now available especially if you love green space.
We have made it easy for you to pick your home model and pick your lot on our Custom Home Lots page. We still have a few large premium 50-foot lots on Meadows Boulevard that will back on to Struthers Park as well as Meadows Park. Plus only 3 lots are left with unique extra large backyards on Pritchard Crescent and Eton Crescent.
Our Custom Lots & Street:
Our lots running along our newest street – Greyeyes-Steele Way – in our next phase is now serviced and ready for us to build you a brand new home this Spring. We are honoured to have this new street named after David George Greyeyes-Steele.
This remarkable man started as a grain farmer from Saskatchewan’s Muskeg Lake Cree Band and went on to serve with the Saskatoon Light Infantry in Europe for 6 years, became chief of the Muskeg Lake Reserve, had a 15-year career with the federal public reserve and became the Regional Director in the Department of Indian and Northern Affairs Canada.
Greyeyes-Steele was also inducted into the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame, appointed a Member of the Order of Canada and received the Saskatchewan Order of Merit.
With Spring around the corner and the ground slowly thawing out, this is the best time start the groundwork and foundation for your new home. With 65 acres of parks, ponds and pathways at The Meadows and the construction of Struthers Park starting this Spring, our new lots give you the chance to back on to some beautiful green space.
