The new Morris Showhome is opening Saturday, September 10th at 1:00pm at 696 Meadows Boulevard!
Our most popular homes from our Laneway Collection quickly sold out this past Spring. We will have 8 new Morris homes ready for move-in this Fall but only 4 remain as purchasers took advantage of our Summer pre-sale promotion and had the first pick of their home already.
The new Morris Homes will feature 2 brand new interior colour schemes for you to choose from. Homes start at $349,900 and include a full stainless steel kitchen appliance package and beautiful quartz countertops in the gourmet open-concept kitchen. With 1,393 square feet of finished space, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it’s the perfect home for the first-time homebuyer. Every new home also comes with a front porch signature to our Craftsman-style homes, plus a landscaped front yard to encourage neighbourly living.
