We have 2 Single-Family Home Models for you to choose from on Greyeyes-Steele Way: The Clarke and The Brady. Both are ready for you to move into, but how do they compare?

To help you decide which home model is right for you and your family, here is a snapshot of how these 2 homes compare.

(1) Square Footage

Both The Clarke and The Brady were designed when our clients asked for a home with a smaller footprint and price tag than our larger Single Family Home models, The Greene and The James. At 1,654 square feet, The Clarke is slightly bigger than The Brady, which is 1475 square feet.

(2) Open-Concept Living

Both homes are perfect for open-concept living and entertaining. A central kitchen with an island plus room for a large dining table allows everyone to gather in one place.

(3) Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Both homes have 3 bedrooms but The Clarke has an additional powder room on the main floor in addition to the 2 bathrooms. However the Brady has the edge on a slightly larger master bedroom and includes a double vanity in the ensuite bathroom.

(4) Bonus Room

The Clarke home comes with a large bonus room on the upper floor. Being a modified bi-level home, The Brady did not allow for this but the basement was specifically designed to accommodate a 2 bedroom suite or keep one room for yourself while still allowing for a 1 bedroom basement suite.
