We are so excited to be teaming up with Mini Citizen to bring you our best garage SALE yet!
Mini Citizen’s “Back to School” sale will feature everything from apparel to backpacks, boots and accessories. All old stock will be marked down 40-50%, and new Fall/Winter items will be 15-25% off. Also, there will be lots of new ladies’ items that you need to see in person! This sale will be in person only (not included online) – so you don’t want to miss it!
Arbutus Properties has a large stock of quality Showhome furniture and accessories that we are blowing out at garage sale pricing! This will include tables, chairs, lamps, mirrors, art, accessories and bedding! Everything has only been used in our Showhomes and is in great condition!

- Frequent sanitizing high traffic/touch areas
- Contactless payment for Mini Citizen (cash or e-transfer available for furniture purchases)
- We will be taking contact information at the door (in the event that people need to be contacted
