We are very excited about the introduction of the Secondary Suite Incentive Program by the province. As a homebuilder, when Arbutus Properties builds you a secondary suite at the time of purchase, your suite will also be covered under the 5-Year New Home Warranty Program.

If you do not choose to build a secondary suite right away, you can still have your private contractor build the suite, since all of our Laneway Home Models are legal suite ready with a separate side entrance.

What does Arbutus Include in a Laneway Home’s Secondary Suite?

The price to build a secondary suite  with Arbutus Properties is $56,200 + taxes for all our Laneway Home Models. This includes:

• Full kitchen and stainless steel appliances
• Full 4-piece bathroom
• Bedroom with closet
• Stacked washer and dryer
• Walkway to the suite entrance
• Painted stairs leading down to the suite

• Receive $19,670 (35% of $56,200) back in rebate with the Secondary Suite Incentive Program.
