Meadows Market Opening

Get ready to shop! We are excited to announce that Meadows Market is opening ahead of schedule!

Meadows Market is the retail area being developed by Arbutus Properties as part of The Meadows masterplanned community in the Rosewood community of Saskatoon. The new retailers are located on the corner of Market Drive and Meadows Parkway; right across from the Costco.

With over 162,000 square feet of commercial space, the Market will include large and mid-sized retail stores, boutiques, restaurants and a variety of personal services. The design of The Meadows Market will have a pedestrian-friendly atmosphere with wide sidewalks, raised pedestrian crossings and lots of landscaped areas.

OPENING DATES

Marshalls

Marshalls will officially be first to open its doors in Meadows Market on August 28, 2018.

Marshalls is a leading off-price retailer owned by TJX Companies, which also owns Winners in Canada and T.J. Maxx in the U.S.  These stores are similar to Winners but typically feature more designer and brand name fashions and footwear. Marshalls expanded to the Canadian market in 2011 and this will be the first store in Saskatoon. 

PetSmart and Tim Hortons

Both PetSmart and Tim Hortons opened the beginning of September. This is the second location for PetSmart in Saskatoon so be sure to stop in for all the latest in pet supplies.

Co-op Liquor Store

The second Co-op Liquor Store in Saskatoon opened mid-September. The 10,000 square-foot Saskatoon Co-op Liquor showcases one of the largest assortments of wine, beer and spirits in the province, including Co-op-brand products. The store at Meadows Market will also offer Co-op’s Private Wine Locker Program; a wine experience delivering personalized selections every month.

Tim Hortons and Dollar Tree

Tim Hortons and Dollar Tree opened mid-September bring additional convenient services to the neighbourhood.

Scotiabank,McDonalds and Visions Electronics

The second Visions Electronics and first on the east side of Saskatoon is set to open in October along with  Scotiabank and McDonalds.
