New Audrey Laneway Showhome

We are excited to invite you to our new Audrey Laneway Showhome. The Audrey model is our most popular home model. Come see why!

The Audrey is 1478 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and an extra flex space upstairs. A separate entry to the basement allows for development of a basement suite. We can help you build this out or you can choose to do this yourself.

We have 2 exterior designs and 2 interior schemes for The Audrey. Some of the features of our new Showhome at 2819 Rosewood Drive include:

(1) Open Concept Main Floor

The main floor of The Audrey is just over 700 square feet with luxury vinyl wood plank flooring running throughout. A central kitchen anchors the open concept living and dining space. Classic white shaker cabinets are accented by modern black matte hardware.

(2) Flex Space

The Audrey was designed to offer more space than our popular Morris Laneway Home. With a more spacious main floor, we were also able to add a flex space upstairs. This space can be used as an office, playroom, TV room, gym or anything you desire.

(3) Mudroom Area

The Audrey Home Model has a place for everything. In addition to a big front coat closet, there’s even a large closet and built in bench mudroom area at the back door. A powder room is also tucked away at the back of the house for convenience.

(4)Interior Finishes

The Audrey includes all the luxury finishes you have come to expect in all our Laneway Home Models.  The kitchen comes with quartz countertops, ceramic tile backsplash and stainless steel kitchen appliances. Designer lighting can be found in the kitchen, dining are and bathrooms. The master suite has an added touch with a barn door for the walk-in closet.
