We are excited to introduce The Burke Single Family Home Model. The Burke is only 200 square feet smaller than The Clarke. Therefore allowing us to offer a home with a lower price point of $439,900. This home is modeled after our popular Clarke model and has an almost identical floorplan.
The Burke is 1,467 square feet with an attached 2-car garage. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a large bonus room upstairs.
Some of the features of our new Burke Showhome at 2023 Stilling Lane include:
(1) Open Concept Main Floor
The main floor layout of The Burke is just 50 square feet smaller than The Clarke. This open-concept great room is perfect for entertaining. Luxury vinyl wood plank flooring is used throughout the entire floor for added durability and continuity.
(2) Interior Finishes
The Burke Showhome features a classic white shaker style kitchen cabinet accented by black hardware and a modern ceramic backsplash. A large pantry with lots of storage completes the kitchen. Our single family homes are custom designed so that all interior finishes are slightly different. The entire open-concept main floor comes with luxury vinyl wood plank flooring for added durability.
(3) Bonus Room
The upper floor of The Burke is 137 square feet smaller but has all the same features. A good size bonus room allows the family to spread out. The master suite, 2 bedrooms, main bathroom and laundry closet complete the upstairs.

The Burke home model offers a lower price point starting of $439,900. This price includes all the quality finishes you expect from an Arbutus home. Stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, James Hardie fiber cement siding and luxury vinyl plank flooring on the main floor are all including in the price.
