New Home Models Coming This Spring

We are very excited to be introducing brand new home models for our Single Family Home Collection this Spring!
All our homes in this Collection have an attached garage, plus we have added one model that will fit up to 4 cars. With plans ranging from 1,475 square feet to over 2,000 square feet, we are sure that there will be a home for everyone. These new home models are a must see!
The interior finishes of all our homes will be of Arbutus quality with stainless steel kitchen appliances included and quartz countertops throughout. Wood laminate flooring, 6-inch baseboards, overheight ceilings, large windows are all qualities that we continue to incorporate into our homes.
Exterior quality is continued with the use of durable fiber cement Hardie siding and the curb appeal of our front porches, landscaping and paved driveways.
Construction has started on these homes so stay tuned on our Facebook page or Sign Up online as we introduce our new home models in the coming weeks and months! Watch out for The Brady, The Ford, The Clarke, The James and the new and improved Greene Home Models.
We have also released new lots for sale, and we would be more than happy to build you any of our new and existing home models on your choice of lot and customize it as you desire. Spring is almost here and it is the best season to start construction on your new home.
