New Morris Showhome. New Interior Finishes.

Our new Morris Laneway Showhome is now open at 1022 Stilling Street. This is our original Laneway Home Model and has been one of our most popular homes in The Meadows community.

We only have a few Morris homes left that are ready for you to move into today.

The New Morris Showhome

The Morris was joined by 2 new Laneway Home Models this year – The Audrey and The Kent.  Here are some of the great features that we love about this popular home model:

(1) New Interior Finishes

Our new interior finishes for all our Laneway Home Models this year include both a classic and contemporary theme. This Morris Showhome features a class white shaker cabinets with new black hardware and modern backsplash. White quartz countertops and stainless steel kitchen appliances are included in this home and all our homes.

(2) Open-Concept Main Floor

The main floor features a central kitchen flanked by a large living room in the front and a dining space in the back.  Entertaining family and friends is easy with the large island that overlooks both areas. Luxury vinyl plank is found throughout the main floor from the entry all the way to the powder room to provide one seamless open-concept room for the new Morris.

(3)Upper Floor

The master suite on the upper floor features a large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom.  Two more bedrooms and a main bathroom complete the upstairs. There is even a small nook at the top of the stairs if you need extra space for a desk.
