New Single Family Homes on Olson Lane

We are excited to introduce our next phase of new single family homes on Olson Lane. All homes on Stilling Lane are now sold out. Plus we have already pre-sold a number of homes on Olson Lane.

This next phase of homes will be ready this Spring and Summer. Plus we will be adding 3 new Single Family Home Models to this phase so stay tuned for more information on these models.

Our current Single Family Home Models planned for this phase will include The Clarke, Parker and Burke.

The Clarke

This home was designed to be a slightly smaller version of our popular James Home Model and with a lower price point. The Clarke has been very popular as we have already pre-sold 2 of the homes in this phase and only 1 remain. An open concept layout and gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops makes this home a perfect place for entertaining. Upstairs features the master suite plus two more bedrooms, a bathroom, huge bonus room and convenient laundry area.

The Parker

The Parker home model was designed to accommodate an attached 3-car garage. One side of the garage is 38-feet deep and gives you space for a third car, workshop or extra storage. An open concept main floor is perfect for entertaining. Plus a bonus room upstairs gives the family plenty of space to spread out.

The Burke

The Burke home model is very similar to the popular Clarke model but just 200 square feet smaller. At 1,467 square fee, the smaller footprint allows us to offer a home with a lower price point.
