We are excited to introduce our new Riley Single Family Home Model. The Riley is a brand new addition to our homes and is inspired by a modern farmhouse design.
This new single family home will make its debut on Olson Lane.
The Riley Single Family Home Model with an attached garage is 1,550 square feet. An open-concept main floor is perfect for entertaining. A powder room and closet plus built-in bench in the mudroom area offers convenient access. Enjoy all the luxury finishes that are included in this home. Stainless steel kitchen appliance, quartz countertops, ceramic tile backsplash, designer lighting, luxury vinyl wood plank flooring are all standard features in The Riley.
