Two Clarke Home Model Options

We are very excited to have two Clarke home models both move-in ready in the next month!  These homes have the same floorplan but feature two different exterior elevations.

We would love to hear which style you like.

Option 1 – Craftsman Style

Exterior

This home at 215 Greyeyes-Steele Way is our original Craftsman style. The James Hardie shake combined with wide plank siding and white trim gives it the true Westcoast style that we love.

Interior

The interior of this home includes our standard finishes with quartz countertops, wide plank laminate floors and porcelain tile throughout.  This home is designed with our Classic luxury Craftsman finishes including large white trim, white shaker cabinets and subway tile backsplash.  This style is a beautiful finish that is sure to stand the test of time.

Option 2 – Contemporary Style

Exterior

This Clarke home at 239 Greyeyes-Steele Way features a contemporary style, with James Hardie Board and Batten on the second storey as well as contemporary windows and exterior light fixtures.

Interior

This interior will include our standard quartz, wide plank laminate floors, porcelain tile, and modern black hardware throughout.  We have also dressed up this kitchen with a two-tone flat-panel wood cabinet adding to the contemporary feel of the home.  The modern black light fixtures give a Scandinavian look to the interior for added interest.
