The Ford home model is one of our newest additions to our Single Family Home Collection. The design of this model was created in response to feedback from clients who would like a larger garage. Plus we hear so many positive comments about our bonus rooms that we made the bonus room in The Ford the biggest one of all our homes.

With almost 1,000 square feet of garage space, The Ford home model has plenty of room to accommodate everything from your truck and car to your boat, ATV, bikes and toys.

Perfect for entertaining friends and family, the kitchen, living and dining room are all in one main space. Plus you will notice the natural light streaming in from the back of the home through a triple panel glass door as soon as you enter the front door.

(3) Enormous loft-like bonus room

Separated from the three bedrooms on the upper floor, the bonus room has over 300 square feet of extra space perfect for a movie room, office, guest room, play area or even divided into 2 rooms for multiple uses to suit your family.

(4) Luxurious master bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom

Escape to your huge master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and luxurious ensuite bathroom with both a tiled shower and separate soaker tub.

(5) More land 

This home has over 2,100 square feet of space and of course a 4-car garage so if you also prefer more land and a wider lot, then The Ford home model automatically requires this anyways.

(6) Room to customize

Not enough space still? We can work with you to customize The Ford home if you would like more square footage, by expanding more on the top of the garage. Create an even bigger bonus room or add another bedroom.

(7) Unfinished basement for future expansion

If you still do not have enough room, there is  another 850 square feet of space to expand to in your basement.
