The Brady
The Brady Showhome is a 1475 sq. ft modified bi-level that is sure to impress as soon as you enter into the soaring foyer. Walk up a few steps and into the main floor with over 10-foot high ceilings and a huge open-concept great room perfect for entertaining. Lots of natural light streams in from both the dining room bay window and triple pane patio door to the back deck.

Harvest Townhomes
The Harvest Showhome is our last end unit in this building and has a beautiful walkout patio for outdoor living. At 1424 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this townhouse is almost the same size as a house, but without maintenance like snow clearing or lawn mowing. The open-concept main floor is super spacious and has not just a large dining area, but also a kitchen breakfast nook that overlooks the green space.
Luxury finishes like stainless steel kitchen appliances and granite countertops are all included in our Harvest Townhomes, as well as attached tandem garages that we are sure will feel like a luxury in the winter.
